It was clear that this was coming - overturning Roe, I mean, not the leaked draft - but it still feels like a shock. (Probably because of the leaked draft, which, WHAT???) The immediate effects for abortion rights are horrifying, but the implications for the entire "implied fundamental right to privacy" area of jurisprudence is... also horrifying. The opinion directly points to Obergefell and Lawrence as the next targets....
